T-Mobile Arena has become the Las Vegas Strip’s premiere venue for major live events, including being home to Vegas’s own NHL hockey team, the Vegas Golden Knights. Located between New York New York Hotel & Casino and The Monte Carlo Resort & Casino, visitors access the arena through the outdoor shopping and dining venue, The Park, which is located on The Strip.
The 20,000 seat arena opened with a bang with an incredible lineup in its first week, hosting hometown heroes The Killers, Nicki Minaj, and the first official shows for a reunited classic lineup of Guns N Roses at the launch of their world tour. Since then, the venue has hosted A-list acts like Billy Joel, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Dixie Chicks, Barbra Streisand, Coldplay, Drake, Future, The Rolling Stones, and Kanye West.
The arena has also become Sin City’s most active sporting venue, hosting the LA Lakers for special events, WWE matches, UFC tournaments, and USA Basketball games. Most excitingly, the arena will be the home for the new Las Vegas NHL team when they begin playing in the 2017-2018 season.
T-Mobile Arena opened in 2016 between New York New York and The Monte Carlo, but it almost immediately became the go-to venue for major musical and sporting events on The Las Vegas Strip. Now Las Vegas locals and visitors can enjoy A-List music acts and sports superstars at the world-class event venue.
